I read … a lot and I open my mind and senses to the beauty around me. I also study people, how they think, what they feel, and what they say. And then I love to combine seemingly unrelated topics and objects with each other, all to find new ideas! The world is an interesting place.

As long as I can remember, I’ve loved herbs. Their medicinal qualities, their flavours, smells, and their beauty. When I decided to start my own business in 2006, it took a lot of courage to leave a permanent well-paid job, to follow my purpose and calling. Thyme was therefore my first choice, as this means courage, and nothing in life, which is hard or difficult, can be reached without lots of courage.
